Alicia Hardman has over 25 years in the insurance business, and has been selling policies to fit individual client needs with an emphasis on long-term relationship building as well as excellent customer service. She has worked for top firms such as Allstate and State Farm.

Alicia has been married for over 24 years to her best friend, Retired Navy Veteran Cortez Hardman Sr. Together they share three beautiful children and three precious grandchildren.

In 2009 Alicia and her Husband discovered their last-born son was profoundly deaf. Soon after they learned of Auditory oral education for deaf children born into hearing families. Throughout her journey, Alicia has become very involved in teaching deaf children to hear and speak. She devotes countless hours spreading the word and to this day is a very active volunteer for Cochlear America.

On December 30th 2019 Alicia started her own Nonprofit Organization called Oral Advocacy Resource Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children. Alicia is determined to help other children and their families.
